CASE STUDY: SDK INTEGRATION

Spoon FInance

Hybrid DeFi Platform

For DeFi platforms that want to give users access to cross-network stablecoin liquidity without building bridges, routing logic, or new infrastructure.

The Partner

Spoon Finance is a hybrid DeFi platform on Kaia, built around the principle of making DeFi "as safe as stablecoins, as efficient as altcoins." Users can deposit stablecoins such as USDT without needing complex investment knowledge or procedures. Through Spoon's unique hedge strategies, users experience safe and efficient triple farming. Spoon Finance enables anyone to easily enjoy the benefits of DeFi and grow their assets.

The Challenge

Every platform that wants to offer deep stablecoin liquidity across networks faces the same structural barriers:

1. Stablecoin liquidity, particularly USDT, is one of the most fragmented resources in DeFi.

2. Accessing it from any single network means working with whatever local depth is available — and thin depth means worse rates and higher slippage.

3. Expanding reach traditionally requires multiple bridge connections, routing logic, and ongoing maintenance.

USDT depth on Kaia alone is limited, and when local depth is thin, users get worse rates, higher slippage, and a weaker experience overall. Spoon needed wider liquidity without exposing any of that complexity to its users.

The Solution

By integrating the SODAX SDK, Spoon unlocked cross-network USDT access through a single integration:

1

Cross-Network USDT Access

Previously: Trades were limited to whatever USDT depth was available natively on Kaia.

Now: Trades draw from USDT liquidity across the broader SODAX ecosystem, coordinated by the SODAX execution system across multiple networks.

2

Expanded Capability, Same Infrastructure

Previously: Wider liquidity would have required multiple bridge connections, routing logic, and ongoing maintenance.

Now: One SDK integration replaces all of it. The execution system handles coordination while Spoon's team stays focused on their product.

3

Complexity Stays Hidden

Spoon users don't need to understand which network has the deepest USDT pool or how to route across them. The experience stays simple, while the liquidity powering their actions gets a lot wider.

At a glance

  • - Cross-network USDT liquidity
  • - 18+ networks accessible
  • - One SDK integration (no bridges to manage)
  • - No new infrastructure required
