XLM Domains have integrated SODAX to power swaps across blockchain networks, direct from Stellar. Alongside comes additional adress sponsorship, allowing a Metamask user to fund and begin using a Stellar smart wallet in one step.

XLM Domains integrated the SODAX SDK to let cross-network and Ethereum-native users control a Stellar smart wallet directly from MetaMask.
The integration brings cross-network swaps under the hood of the XLM Domains experience: funding Stellar wallets to hold, send, and trade without having to leave MetaMask.
Supporting the launch SODAX also shipped sponsored account activation, solving initial wallet-funding to the benefit of all Stellar builders.
XLM Domains is the gateway to Stellar's naming service: register a .xlm domain as your identity, trade domain NFTs, exchange tokens, and scale positions in the yield-bearing XLD Vault. All of it built for Stellar. None of it reachable by the millions of people whose crypto lives on Ethereum and other EVM networks, at least not without first setting up a wallet they've never used before.
That's changing. XLM Domains has integrated SODAX, to let those users control a Stellar smart wallet and use their application built on Stellar straight from MetaMask, funded with capital they already hold elsewhere. No new wallet to set up, no new seed phrase to protect.
XLM Domains is a decentralized identity and DeFi platform on Stellar. Every .xlm domain resolves as a payment address, hosts a live decentralized website on the Internet Computer, and returns a share of its fee as XLD, a Treasury-backed token that compounds in value and fuels the entire ecosystem. XLD powers domain trading, NFT minting, premium upgrades, and soulbound credentials. Pay in any token via Aquarius, or act from Ethereum and beyond via Sodax. Connect with Stellar wallets or MetaMask. That means no new seed phrases! Mint traditional and PFP NFTs using our built-in studio. Trade domains and NTFs on the public marketplace with sealed-bid auctions coming soon. Host dApps on your domain, with the ability to monetize APIs for AI agents via x402 in the near future. All fully on-chain and powered by xlm.domains.
For a Stellar-native app, reaching Ethereum's user base means clearing three hurdles. EVM users have no Stellar wallet, so onboarding usually means creating and funding a brand new one before doing anything else. Cross-network capital gets stuck, since funds sitting on EVM networks can't easily reach Stellar to pay for domains, NFTs, or DeFi activity. And asking EVM-native users to learn a second ecosystem's tooling adds friction at exactly the moment you want them to convert.
For an app that wants to grow past its home network, the wallet barrier is usually the first and largest point of drop-off. Reaching EVM users means meeting them inside the wallet they already trust.
XLM Domains is building its integration around Stellar smart wallets: MetaMask controls the key, and that key controls a Stellar account underneath. SODAX intent-based execution handles the cross-network execution that funds the wallet from wherever the user already holds capital.
Through it, EVM users can hold, send, and trade .xlm domains, NFTs, and tokens, participating in the ecosystem as if it were native to them.
None of that was straightforward to build. Brand-new Stellar wallets can't receive anything until they're funded: Stellar accounts don't exist on the network until they're initialized with a base reserve, currently 1 XLM, so a standard payment into a fresh wallet gets rejected outright. XLM Domains surfaced this while building the integration. Intents were settling cleanly on the source network, but funds never arrived on Stellar.
SODAX's fix, sponsored account activation, checks a destination's Stellar status ahead of time and creates and funds new accounts in a single step. This new feature shipped to unlock XLM Domain’s build, but is now available to any future partners in the Stellar ecosystem (or beyond) to explore smooth cross-network user flows.
"When I researched multi-chain functionality on Stellar, I had a lot of options. But I wasn't interested in building a bridge to nowhere. SODAX appealed to me because it's more than just a way to get funds from one network to another. It's a way for users from other networks to interact with Stellar apps natively."

XLM Domains' integration uses the SODAX execution system for intent-based execution and to connect cross network users through one interface. This opens up their product to users from beyond their native blockchain ecosystem to using Stellar without even knowing.
XLM Domains is building the app where .xlm domains, cross-network swaps, or a position in the XLD Vault is one click away, whether you’re using Lobstr or Metamask. No matter which network your capital started on, SODAX and XLM Domains are making sure that the intent is filled.
