Pennysia is building their marketplace to end a familiar chore: instead of checking a dozen DEXs, aggregators, and RFQ venues one by one for the best price, users get all of it unified into a single platform, with fair competition between sources baked in. But unifying every source you can see still leaves a gap. If the best price for an asset sits on a network the marketplace can't reach, no amount of aggregating local liquidity closes that distance. That's the gap Pennysia closes with SODAX running underneath.
Pennysia is a unified liquidity marketplace for DeFi, built on Ethereum. Rather than making users compare prices across a dozen liquidity venues one tab at a time, Pennysia brings them into one venue with fair competition between sources and security checks built into both sides of every trade. Alongside the marketplace, Pennysia is developing its own AMM primitive, designed to fix the tradeoff liquidity providers usually have to accept between protecting their principal, earning yield, and staying passive. The team won the Sonic Hackathon in 2025 building toward this.
Unifying every local venue solves the discovery problem: no more ten tabs open comparing quotes by hand. It doesn't solve the reach problem. If the best price for a given asset lives on a network the marketplace never sees, users still have to go find it themselves, usually by moving funds over manually before they can even ask for a quote. Standing up the infrastructure to execute safely across many networks is a heavy lift on its own, often heavier than building the marketplace itself.
Pennysia integrated the SODAX SDK to source quotes across blockchain networks, what SODAX calls cross-network execution, reaching beyond Ethereum specifically to strengthen non-EVM routes. On those routes especially, that means a genuinely competitive quote instead of a redirect to a separate app first.
A single intent is all it takes. A Pennysia user states what they want to trade, and SODAX handles sourcing the quote and settling execution across whichever network holds the best price, underneath Pennysia's own interface. Pennysia's team didn't have to build or maintain that cross-network infrastructure themselves: the SDK gave them working access to 20+ networks and 120+ assets, live in a matter of days from first integration to launch.

Pennysia's premise is that users shouldn't have to trade coverage for convenience: one platform, infinite markets. A marketplace that only reaches one network's liquidity can't fully deliver on that, no matter how well it aggregates what's local.
With SODAX handling select cross-network routes, Pennysia extends the same idea it's built around, unifying quote sources, to unifying network reach: the "infinite markets" promise applied one level deeper. That leaves Pennysia's team free to keep working on what they actually set out to build: an AMM that finally gets the yield-versus-principal tradeoff right for liquidity providers.
