Pennysia's unified marketplace opens to the public, with SODA listed to trade from day one.

Pennysia is now live, presenting quotes powered by SODAX across EVM, and soon beyond.
SODA is trading on Pennysia from launch, one more venue for holders to buy, sell, or build a position, no centralized exchange required.
Use Pennysia’s marketplace from this week and hold a piece of the execution system, side by side.
Back in July, Pennysia plugged the SODAX SDK into its marketplace to unlock its roadmap of pulling in quotes from beyond Ethereum. This week Pennysia is open to everyone, and SODA is trading there from day one.
Pennysia is a unified liquidity marketplace for DeFi, built on Ethereum. Rather than making users compare prices across a dozen liquidity venues one tab at a time, Pennysia brings them into one venue with fair competition between sources and security checks built into both sides of every trade.
Alongside the marketplace, Pennysia is developing its own AMM primitive, designed to fix the tradeoff liquidity providers usually have to accept between protecting their principal, earning yield, and staying passive. The team won the Sonic Hackathon in 2025 building toward this.
SODAX is a cross-network execution and liquidity system that coordinates financial actions across 20 networks, including Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Base, Bitcoin, Sui, and more. A solver-based execution model, multi-bridge architecture (proprietary bridging relays plus LayerZero and CCTP compatibility), and unified liquidity across networks let any SODAX asset trade on any connected network with low slippage, even when the balance sits elsewhere.
Wallets, DEXs, lending protocols, and yield platforms integrate SODAX to ship cross-network features, native Bitcoin, and tokenized equities (xStocks), with an optional agentic builder path. Pennysia is among the partners already building with SODAX.
SODA is connected directly to the fees earned by this system. A share of everything the protocol earns buys SODA on the open market and permanently removes it from supply. Total supply is fixed at 1.5 billion and can never increase.
Holders can also stake SODA for an additional share of protocol fees, but even when approaching SODA passively, there is value to capture. Holding SODA can be the whole position as the network processes more activity, it earns more, and more SODA is destroyed.
All transaction fees from routed transactions are collected in the SODAX fee wallet.
20% of these fees are deployed to buy-back and programmatically burn SODA.
20% is distributed as SODA staking rewards in the staking pool on SODA Exchange.
60% is distributed to the DAO fund and its liquidity inventory.

SODAX provides the execution system to Pennysia’s swap routing. When a user trades on Pennysia, the SODAX execution system competes to find the best route for that transaction. SODA, the protocol governance token for that system, is now available to trade directly to Pennysia users too.
Pennysia is live now at pennysia.com, and SODA is trading there from launch. Holders looking for everything else, tokenomics, other venues, staking, can check the holders page and SODA tokenomics.
Pennysia joins SODA's growing list of trading venues, one more place to hold a stake in the execution system now running under the hood.
